What we do promise: if your stamp arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the proof you approved, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship it free, or refund you in full if a remake isn't practical. Most of the time we don't even ask you to send it back. To start a return or report an issue, visit your account.

It took a while to arrive, but I think that's to be expected for custom items being shipped internationally. So don't buy this if you need it fast! However, it was worth the wait and is exactly what I wanted. The owner of the shop was kind enough to work with me on a custom design beyond just adding my preferred text. She also took away some initials that I did not need on the stamp. It's the perfect family library stamp and it will be used for YEARS!

Had some issues with delivery and the package never arrived. When I mentioned it to Anna she was very helpful and sent me another stamp that I got soon after.
The stamp is exactly how I wanted it and the ink on the ink pad is of good quality.
