The seller was very transparent and sent me pictures of the product before sending it. Unfortunately, it was lost during shipping. However, she was very supportive during all the process, and I could receive my refund with no problem. It is a pity I could not receive the product, but I would highly recommend this seller. The stamp is high quality and easy to use. The ink lines are very crisp and allow me to make custom shipping boxes for my own shop. I would definitely recommend and will order from them again.

Overall, the product is great. I just wish that the ink pad was the size of the stamp. I believe my stamp is an 8x8, but the pad that was included is 4x4.
I am beyond impressed with the quality of the stamp. The ink has been great so far too. This is ideal for daycare labels on clothes and diapers. 100% would recommend!
there is a light unwanted impression that appears if i push the stamp too hard, but I guess I just shouldn't apply too much pressure.
