Who we are
A small team that cares about doing things properly — starting with how we hire. Too many good people get filtered out for reasons that have nothing to do with the work: their age, their background, a gap on a CV. We do it differently.
Experience is not an expiry date
Some of the best people we know are in their 60s and 70s. If you've been told you're "overqualified" or "not the right fit," we'd like to hear from you. We'll train you on the technology — you bring everything else.
We hire in partnership with the Center for Seniors, a nonprofit helping older adults stay in meaningful work.
