Every stamp is engraved to the design you approve, so we can't take it back for a change of mind. What we do promise: if your stamp arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the proof you approved, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship it free, or refund you in full if a remake isn't practical. Most of the time we don't even ask you to send it back. To start a return or report an issue, visit your account.
