Every Stamp Pte. Ltd. (“Every Stamp”, “we”, “us”) creates custom rubber stamps engraved from the logos and artwork our customers send us. Handling your designs with care — both creatively and as data — is at the heart of what we do. This policy explains what we collect through www.everystamp.store, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1.Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order & contact details — your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of the stamps you order (size, mount, ink color, quantity).
• Artwork you upload — logo files, images, photographs, text and instructions you submit so we can produce your custom stamp (see Section 2).
• Communications — messages you send us by email or through the site, including proof approvals, revision requests and support enquiries.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our store.

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card for order reference.

2.Your artwork & design files

Because every stamp we make is custom, your uploaded artwork is treated as both creative material and personal data:

• We use your files solely to design, proof and engrave your stamp — including converting them to vector engraving files, cleaning them up, resizing and mirroring them for production.
• Artwork may contain personal information (names, addresses, signatures, portraits). We handle such content confidentially and do not use it for anything other than your order.
• We keep your artwork and final engraving files on record so you can easily reorder the same stamp later. You may ask us to delete them at any time (see Section 7).
• We never sell, license, publish or reuse your artwork for other customers. We may only showcase a finished stamp in our portfolio or social media with your prior consent.

3.How we use your information

• To produce your custom stamps and deliver your order, including sending digital proofs and production updates.
• To respond to enquiries, revisions and after-sales support.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and keep accounting records required by law.
• To improve our store, products and design workflow.
• To send you marketing emails only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

4.When we share information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders and checkout.
• Payment processors — to charge your order securely.
• Shipping carriers — receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Email and support tools — to send order notifications, proofs and replies.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or others. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5.Cookies & analytics

Our store uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

6.How long we keep data

• Order records — kept as long as required for tax and accounting law in Singapore.
• Artwork & engraving files — kept to make reorders easy, until you ask us to delete them.
• Marketing data — kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

7.Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Ask us to delete your data, including uploaded artwork and stored engraving files;
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing;
• Receive your data in a portable format.

8.International transfers

We are based in Singapore and serve customers worldwide. Your information may be stored and processed in other countries by our service providers (for example, Shopify’s servers). Wherever data travels, we require protections consistent with this policy.

9.Security

Our store runs over encrypted HTTPS connections, checkout is handled on Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure, and access to customer files is limited to the small team that produces your stamps.

10.Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
