Every stamp is engraved to the design you approve, so we can't take it back for a change of mind. What we do promise: if your stamp arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the proof you approved, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake and reship it free, or refund you in full if a remake isn't practical. Most of the time we don't even ask you to send it back. To start a return or report an issue, visit your account.

although I received a message from the owner saying I would receive it within 4-5 days, it took about 3 weeks to get here. Still I very happy with the stamp and it should work fine. My one complaint is that if I order a large stamp, then the ink pad should be a reasonable size for the stamp order. I paid extra for an inkpad that’s a quarter of the size of my stamp
Good quality, recommend to buy. It does take a little while for it to get here. But it was worth it.
