Shipping Policy

Every Stamp Pte. Ltd. (www.everystamp.store) Last updated: 3 August 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.everystamp.store. We ship worldwide from Singapore using trusted international carriers including DHL Express, Asendia, SingPost, and USPS (for final-mile delivery in the United States).

Most of what we sell is made to order by hand. This policy explains how long each stage takes, what the delivery estimates on our product pages mean, and what happens to those estimates when something changes along the way. Please read Sections 3 to 8 before ordering a custom stamp.

1. Product Categories Used in This Policy

Different products move through our workshop differently. Throughout this policy we refer to three categories:

  • Stock items. Finished goods held on our shelves: premium ink pads, re-inker bottles, dauber sets, gift boxes and packaging accessories. No production is required.
  • Made-to-order items, no proof. Products engraved to an existing design where nothing needs designing or approving: library stamps, ready-made stamp sets, and any stamp ordered exactly as shown with only a size or design selection. These are produced from stock artwork and go straight into production.
  • Custom items, proof required. Products made to artwork or text you supply, or that we draw for you: custom logo stamps, portrait stamps, custom mandala stamps, custom return address stamps, and any personalized item where layout, typography or artwork is prepared for you. These require a digital proof and your written approval before production begins.

If you are unsure which category a product falls into, the product page states whether a proof is provided, or you can ask us at customerservice@everystamp.store before ordering.

2. Business Days, Dispatch Days, and How We Count Time

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. All production and processing times in this policy are stated in business days.
  • Transit times in Section 9 are stated in calendar days, because carriers deliver on weekends in many destinations.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or Singapore public holiday are treated as received on the next business day.
  • Dispatch days. We hand parcels to our carriers on scheduled dispatch days rather than continuously throughout the day. If your order is completed shortly after a dispatch run, it will go out on the following scheduled run. Delivery estimates on our product pages already allow for this in the ordinary course.
  • All times are Singapore Standard Time (GMT+8).

3. Order Processing and Production Times

Category What happens Time before dispatch
Stock items Picked, packed and dispatched 1 to 3 business days
Made-to-order, no proof Engraved, mounted, test-stamped, packed 1 to 3 business days
Custom items, proof required Proof prepared, approved by you, then produced 1 to 3 business days from the moment you approve your proof

For custom items, the production clock does not start at checkout. It starts when you approve your proof. The time between placing your order and approving your proof is not counted, because that stage depends partly on how quickly you respond and on how many revisions you ask for. See Sections 4 and 5.

4. The Digital Proof and Approval Process

Every custom item is proofed before it is engraved. Nothing is cut into rubber until you have seen it and said yes.

  • We send your first proof within 24 hours of receiving your order and your artwork or text. Orders received over a weekend or Singapore public holiday are proofed on the next business day.
  • Proofs are sent by email to the address on your order. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received it.
  • Production begins only on your written approval. A reply of "approved", "go ahead" or similar is sufficient. We do not treat silence as approval.
  • If we cannot start. Where your order arrives without artwork, with an unusable, corrupted or extremely low-resolution file, or with instructions we cannot interpret, we will contact you and your order is held until you reply. The proof timeline begins when we receive what we need.
  • If you do not reply. We will follow up on a proof that has not been approved. If we receive no response for 30 days after the first proof is sent, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. We will always email you before doing this.
  • Your time to review a proof is entirely yours. We do not impose a deadline, and there is no penalty for taking your time. It does, however, move your delivery date, since production cannot begin until you approve.

5. Revisions and Design Changes

We revise your proof until you are happy with it. There is no limit on the number of revision rounds and no charge for them. This is a deliberate part of how we work, and it is the main reason a custom order can take longer than the estimate shown on the product page.

  • Each revision round typically adds 1 business day to your timeline for our part of it, plus however long you take to review the revised proof.
  • Substantial changes, such as supplying different artwork, changing the layout significantly, or switching to a different design concept, may take longer than a simple text or spacing amendment.
  • Every revision restarts the clock. The 1 to 3 business day production window in Section 3 runs from your approval of the final proof, not from any earlier version.
  • Requesting revisions is normal and welcome. Please do not accept a proof you are not happy with in order to save time. A stamp is engraved permanently, and we would far rather revise the artwork than remake the stamp.
  • Changes requested after approval. Once you approve a proof, your stamp enters the production queue and may be engraved within hours. If you ask for a change after approving, we will stop production if we can. If the stamp has already been engraved, we cannot alter it, and a new stamp would be a new order at your cost. See Section 6 for what we can and cannot change.

6. Changes You Request After Ordering

Tell us as soon as possible at orders@everystamp.store, quoting your order number. What we can do depends on how far your order has progressed.

  • Design, text, font or layout. Free of charge at any time before you approve your final proof. Handled as a revision under Section 5.
  • Size changes. Possible before production begins. Because size affects price, we may cancel and refund the original order so you can reorder cleanly at the correct price. This resets your timeline.
  • Ink colour or ink pad changes. Possible at any time before dispatch, subject to stock. Where the new colour is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or hold the order until it arrives, and we will tell you which. A change of ink colour on an order otherwise ready to ship may delay dispatch to the next scheduled run.
  • Adding items to an existing order. Possible before dispatch. Note that adding a made-to-order item to an order containing stock items will delay the whole parcel. See Section 7.
  • Swapping one product for another. Treated as a cancellation and a new order. Your position in the production queue and your delivery estimate both reset.
  • Removing items or reducing quantity. Possible before production begins on the affected item. Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Repeated changes. There is no limit on how many changes you may request. Each one is dealt with in good faith. Each one also moves your delivery date, and the delivery estimate shown at the time you ordered no longer applies.

We do not charge administration fees for changes. The only cost is time.

7. Mixed Orders and Consolidated Shipping

Where a single order contains items from more than one category, the whole order ships together, at the pace of the slowest item, unless we tell you otherwise. An ink pad ordered alongside a custom logo stamp will not ship ahead of the stamp.

If you would prefer part of your order sent early, contact us and we will quote the additional shipping cost. We may occasionally split an order at our own cost, in which case Section 15 applies.

8. How Our Delivery Estimates Work

The delivery estimate shown on a product page, in your cart, or in any of our emails is a good-faith estimate of the ordinary case. It is not a guaranteed delivery date and does not form part of our contract with you.

Each estimate assumes all of the following:

  • Your order was placed with complete, usable artwork or text where required;
  • For custom items, your proof is approved promptly and without revisions;
  • No changes of any kind are requested after ordering;
  • Your shipping address is complete and correct as entered at checkout;
  • The items ordered are in stock, including ink colours;
  • Your parcel clears customs without inspection or delay; and
  • The carrier performs within its published service standard.

Your delivery estimate no longer applies, and a new one takes its place, whenever any of the following occurs:

  • You request one or more revisions to your proof (Section 5);
  • You take longer than one business day to approve a proof;
  • You request any change to your order (Section 6);
  • You change your shipping address after ordering (Section 12);
  • Your order is held awaiting artwork, information or a response from you (Section 4);
  • An item or ink colour proves to be out of stock; or
  • Any event in Section 18 affects your order.

In each of those cases we will give you a revised expectation if you ask, and we will tell you proactively where a delay is significant. Failure to meet an estimated delivery date is not a breach of contract and does not by itself entitle you to cancel an order already in production or in transit, though your statutory rights are unaffected and Section 19 explains what we do when a deadline genuinely matters to you.

9. Shipping Options, Rates, and Transit Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Service Carriers Transit time after dispatch
Standard International SingPost, Asendia, with USPS final-mile delivery in the US 7 to 14 days
Express International DHL Express 2 to 5 days
  • Transit times above are calendar days counted from dispatch, not from the date you ordered or approved your proof. Add the production time in Section 3 to arrive at a total.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over US$100 (order value after discounts, before shipping and taxes).
  • Standard shipping to the United States starts from US$8.00, based on package weight, with the exact rate shown at checkout.
  • Remote, rural and island destinations may take longer than the ranges above.
  • Upgrading to express after ordering is usually possible before dispatch. Email orders@everystamp.store and we will arrange it and invoice the difference. Express shortens transit only. It does not shorten production, and it cannot recover time lost to revisions.

10. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at customerservice@everystamp.store and we will advise whether delivery can be arranged. We do not ship to destinations subject to trade sanctions or carrier embargoes, and we may cancel and refund an order where delivery proves impossible.

11. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active in the carrier's system, and international tracking commonly goes quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries. You can track your parcel on the carrier's website (DHL, SingPost, Asendia, or USPS, depending on the service used for your order).

12. Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address errors are the single most common cause of a lost or delayed parcel.

  • Before dispatch. Email orders@everystamp.store immediately and we will update it at no charge. Where a shipping label has already been printed, a new label is required, which may delay dispatch to the next scheduled run.
  • A change of destination country may alter your shipping cost. We will contact you to collect any difference, or refund an overpayment, before dispatching.
  • After dispatch. We will ask the carrier to redirect where the service allows it. Redirection is not always possible, is not guaranteed, and carriers charge a fee for it, which is payable by you. Redirection also adds transit time.
  • Parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly are not our responsibility, and we cannot refund or replace them. If the parcel finds its way back to us, we will contact you and reship on payment of a new shipping fee.

13. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

  • We declare all shipments accurately and at their true value. We cannot mark an order as a gift, understate its value, or misdescribe its contents, and we will decline requests to do so.
  • Customs inspection can add days or occasionally weeks to a shipment, and is outside our control and outside any delivery estimate.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient declined to pay customs charges or refused delivery, we may deduct the outbound and return shipping costs from any refund.

14. Failed Delivery, Refusal, and Return to Sender

  • Where a carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, the parcel is normally held at a local depot or post office for collection. It is your responsibility to collect it within the carrier's holding period.
  • Parcels returned to us as uncollected, refused, or undeliverable will be held for you. We will contact you and reship on payment of a new shipping fee.
  • Where you ask us to refund rather than reship, the refund covers the product value only. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable in these circumstances.
  • Custom items returned to us as undeliverable cannot be resold. Where such an order is refunded, we may retain a reasonable amount reflecting the cost of production.

15. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you. Each parcel will have its own tracking number, and they may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and part has not, please check whether a second tracking number was issued before contacting us.

16. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days (standard) or 5 days (express), or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated window, contact us at customerservice@everystamp.store with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Carriers usually require a waiting period before accepting a loss claim, commonly 15 to 30 days from dispatch for standard services. We cannot conclude a claim before that period has run.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you choose: a free replacement produced and shipped at our cost, or a full refund.
  • Where a parcel marked delivered has not reached you, please check with household members, neighbours and building reception, and ask your local carrier branch to confirm the delivery scan location. Contact us if it remains missing and we will help you pursue it with the carrier.

17. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved, as carriers may require it. Damaged items are covered by our Return and Refund Policy: we will remake or replace the item free of charge, or issue a refund where a remake is not practical. In most cases we do not ask you to send the damaged item back.

18. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Delivery estimates do not cover, and we are not liable for delays caused by, events outside our reasonable control. These include customs inspections and clearance delays, carrier backlogs, industrial action, air and sea freight disruption, extreme weather, natural disasters, public health measures, border or airspace closures, sanctions, utility or IT failures, and peak season congestion around major holidays.

Where such an event affects your order materially, we will tell you, keep you updated, and work with the carrier on your behalf. Where an order becomes genuinely undeliverable, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

19. Orders With a Deadline

If you need your order by a particular date, tell us before ordering or immediately afterwards, at orders@everystamp.store, and give us the date.

  • We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable, prioritise your production slot, and recommend the shipping service most likely to meet it.
  • We will proof your order first and flag it through production.
  • We cannot guarantee a carrier's performance, and we will not promise a date we do not control. Where a deadline is tight, we will say so rather than take the order and hope.
  • If we tell you a deadline is not achievable and you would rather not proceed, we will cancel and refund in full, provided production has not begun.
