Had an issue whit the shipping because the shipping was $60 for were i live but it didn’t say anything just charged me for like $4. So i had to text customer service and the lady was very helpful she offered to send it to an address in the US and then i got it shipped here. Loved the product.

The item itself is as advertised, which is great—the customization is great and the stamp is good quality! My only issue was that I ordered this on November 29th, knowing it would take a few weeks and thinking that would be enough time to arrive for christmas. It was labelled as dispatched by the seller the first week of December with a tracking number that didn’t work, so I reached out and asked about it in the third week of December when it still didn’t show anything and said INVALID, but Anna said she couldn’t do anything about it. Two days later it magically appeared on tracking and showed that the item was dropped off to ship out on December 21. I understand holidays are busy, but I feel as though the order was forgotten about until I prompted the seller, hence my 3 star review.
