Service rapide et efficace! J'ai eu des problèmes avec le traitement de mon paiement, et le service à la clientèle est venu me voir pour m'en informer. Livraison très rapide, compte tenu que cela provient de Singapour, vers le Québec. J'ai acheté cette étape pour personnaliser les livres que je mets disponible dans ma classe (je suis enseignante). La qualité de l'étampe est assez impressionnante. Tous les petits détails se transposent bien sur le papier, et ce, sans laisser de traces inutiles ou indésirées. Le résultat est adorable. Si vous hésitez, n'hésitez plus. La seule raison qui m'avait fait hésiter c'était que l'étampe n'était offerte qu'en anglais. Je n'aurais probablement pas attendu plusieurs mois avant de l'acheter si celles-ci étaient également offertes en français.

Shipping was probably the craziest and more stressful part of this process, but it’s so worth it when you stamp the cutest stamp onto your book. Stamping was a bit challenging too unfortunately- I’m still trying to figure out the best way to do it-even when the whole stamp is covered in ink, it still struggles to fully stamp the print on paper

This book stamp is superb and the options are so unique. The quality is great, the stamp is clean and clear, and the wooden handle is sturdy. There was a little hiccup in shipping, but the seller was quick to get it resolved and sent out with the fastest delivery available. This stamp would make a perfect gift for those book lovers in your life, old and young. If I need more I would definitely come back to this seller.

Very pleased with my stamp! It is beautiful and great quality. It stamps really clearly and is so cute! Customer service was great as well. There was a mix-up with shipping and my package was delayed, she was able to get it all sorted with the post and re-sent it priority shipping. Would definitely purchase from this shop again!

My stamp is so beautiful! My local postal office had a mixup with my package but the seller helped me figure that out. The stamp is well made and the stamp is super clear. I’m so excited to go stamp my whole collection.

It's perfect. The shipping delays were terrible. I couldn't seem to track my package at all. I think it got lost at some point, and it was late for every delivery date expected. The customer service, however, made it totally bearable. Every message was responded to in a timely manner, and I felt like I had my own private investigator on the hunt. The item itself is art. I'm so glad not to have my name misspelled, and it fits so well. I'm the envy of the town...or will be if anyone borrows a book. Hated the wait. I regret nothing.
